Install problem error1904

Would like to install the software, but I get an Eroor 1904-can't register PsiParser.ax. I ideas how to get past this?

dl and install the vcredist thingy.

This is because you didnt read the download thread properly and install the updated microsoft runtime (vcredist_x86.zip).
