GB-PVR itself doesnt care what the case is. If the problem is occurring with streaming from the web though then you might want to ask the question in the EWA sub forum so UJB can look into the driver letter case thing though.

Now if there would be an easy way to edit the file names stored in the database, but EpisodeTweaker does not allow this.

Crude, but effective:

sqfix.bat:
Code:
SET gbpvr_db_path=c:\Progra~1\devnz\gbpvr\gbpvr.db3
SET sqlite3_path=c:\PROGRA~1\devnz\gbpvr\

SET from=h:\rec\some_filename.avi
Set to=H:\rec\some_filename.avi

sqlite3.exe -separator "," "%gbpvr_db_path%" "UPDATE RECORDING_SCHEDULE SET filename = '%to%' where filename like '%from%';"

After fixing the case of the drive letter the recordings now play on the client.

No, I am not using the web client, I just use the client capabilities build in into GBPVR. (I just meant network when writing web). This problem is with the client/server setup in GB-PVR using the file sharing setting.

P.S.: The drive letter casing got screwed by stattik's transcode script when renaming the entry to from mpg to avi after the transcoding.
