Hey all...looking to build my first HTPC and gbpvr looks like a great pgm to build it around. My initial goal is to rip my DVD library (either iso or structured with the _TS folders) and have a means of playback. I have Cyberlink PowerDVD Ultra Deluxe 7 installed with its decoders set for software mpeg2 playback as well as dvd playback. Problem is I'm not seeing any menu highlights for navigation. If I launch the DVD file direct with Cyberlink it functions normally. Are there any tips anyone can offer me to properly configure gbpvr? Any other info I should offer to help troubleshoot this?

I'm pretty excited about setting this up...once I have it working on my current PC I hope to build the HTPC Smile

Thx in advance for any help!

Same with the PowerDVD decoder, it also works fine for me in the Cyberlink player but not in GB-PVR. Only solution mentioned here in previous posts has been to use another decoder. Though not preferred, for example, the free Dscaler decoder shows the menu highlights fine.

I do not know about your specfic version of the cyberlink decoders but by default some would not have on screen display will using VMR9 without the "EnableVMR9" registry setting.

Yes, seen that thanks. Does not help me though as it is for V6 and I'm using V7 which is very different. I thnik this was when Cyberlink did not support VMR9 as standard but it does fine now.
