LiveTV Stream Crashing Occasionally

I'm experiencing a crash of my server's LiveTV stream on occasion. I haven't been able to pinpoint a cause yet. I've attached a log from the server in hopes that is may shed some light on the problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
