Toggling screens while watching an xvid to make the remote work

Ok, this is a problem I have had before, fixed it, and I think when I either reinstalled the Firefly remote software or the GBPVR software, forgot what the problem was again.

GBPVR is set to convert all recordings to xvid overnight. BEFORE it converts, if I watch a show in GBPVR, everything regarding the remote seems to work fine. AFTER a show is converted to xvid, when using the remote, I can push a button many times before it does anything. OR, if I toggle from GBPVR to something else (IE, for example) once the show has already begun, then the remote seems to work fine. What do I need to do for the remote to work fine at all times? I've attached GBPVR.xml and Global.xml for your review.

It'll be because you're using the divx decoder which steals focus from the application when it creates it's system tray icon.

There is info on the divx forums about killing its tray icon feature, or alternatively you can uninstall that decoder and install something like the xvid decoder.
