Config App Error

After installing .23.13 over the top of .23.11, when I exit Config, I get the following error

Also noticed that everytime the EPG updates, I get the same error

'An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue
Process performance counter is disabled, so the requested operation can not be performed'

If I click on Continue I end up back in Config, which gives me the same error, the option that lets me out is quit

ive had a few memory errors (you know the ones error while trying to access 0x2342332423, crash.) only happened in latest build, but doesnt happen all the time, only once in a while, probably my machine.
