PVRX2 crashes when opening

I'm on my test/client machine and when I try to open pvrx2 it get an unhandled exception error and get the red x screen. I would usually think this would be a skinning problem but I uninstalled gbpvr and deleted the devnz directory and then installed 1.29 fresh and the same thing happens. Attached is the logs.

Is \\millerhtoc\gbpvr\gbpvr.db3 visible from the client PC?

Man do I feel dumb. Typeo on the server name.
