Net Radio Favourites and adding streams

I have two simple questions...

1. What is the button on the MVP remote that saves a channel as a favourite?

2. Can I add different streams? I'm guessing they need to be MP3 streams correct? (Also if I can add my own streams can you give me some detailed instructions)

From memory I think it was the record key.

The MVP can only copy with MP3 streams, so you cant add streams of other types.

By adding streams I meant can I add my own MP3 streams from other sites. Also you are correct Record does add them to the favorites... other question is how do I remove them also from the favorites?

Unfortunately there is no key to remove them, but you can delete them manually form the "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\Net Radio" directory.

To get a shoutcast style MP3 stream to play from another site, you'd need to create a file manually in the "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\Net Radio" directory the same as the text files that get created there when you press the record key to add a favourite. (ie, a pls file with the appropriate URLs)

With a little hacking of a downloaded PLS file I got it working!
