mpeg2 not playing

A new mpeg2 file i made is not playing. It just goes back to the menu.... The rest of them work, not sure if I did something wierd to this one. heres the log

All the other mpeg2's work just fine, so I don't think it is a codec issue (since I used the same tools to create this one). Im pretty sure I made it just like the others. I can use an external viewer just fine.
