DB error stopping video

I was playing a video from the "Video Library" and when I tried to stop it, pvrx2 hangs. I looked in the log and found this.

Had to kill pvrx2 to recover. Full log attached. This is a brand new PC with a clean install of 1.2.13.

Thanks. That fixed the DB error. The hang was actually related to playback render set to overlay instead of VMR9.
