I did install the GBPVR with the instalation script what is new provided. I can access the Webbrowser and i can go also to the PC internal Shared Default Folder C:\ from the A110.
I did add additional folders Video, Musik and Foto in the config of GBPVR but browsing them from the A110 i can see the new Folders but have no access to them. Internal at PC is no problem to open them. How to solve for a beginner?
Thanks

Accessing file on password protected remote shares needs a couple of steps unfortunately. Here is a recent discussion
http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=38752 Once it is set up I am hoping that videos on the PCH will played directly. I think you are the first to try this.

I saw this thread before i did write this message. As far i understand to use the PHC as client the sources must be at the PC stored where server is running without to break security it is not possible?

You can keep security on your shares if you want to change the GBPVR Recording Service to use a username and password. You can also use the tool that Uncle John's Band talked about, or create a Windows cmd file login as required.

I never create a Windows cmd file login as required. How to do?

I did try but still no result. Is someone there who can give me an advice what to set in the PCH and where also maybe in the router and additional inside the GBPVR and the windows to see movies folder and toconect to the different music what is stored at harddisk in my PCH. I saw in GBPVR a field in Misc2 Enable MNTclient streaming extensions is this box on or off? And below the same section Username and Password. I did change it tomy NMT passwords but doesnt make any effect.
The example given friendly is just to see it running.
Thanks inadvance

To change the password just for the PCH

Start->Run-> services.msc

Right click GB PVR Recording services and chose Properties

Select the "Log On" Tab

Select "This User" and enter nmt 1234 as the userid password.

In GBPVR in the config.xml enter the PCH's IP address \\##.##.##.##\Video
