Select and watch channel directly from tv guide

Noob here.

Is there a way, while scrolling through the tv guide, to select a channel and have it go directly to live TV without it giving another submenu to - record, watch, etc? Is it a configuration somewhere in an xml file or another plugin?

Ctrl-P or enter should do it.

[HtV]

Or the play button on the remote.
