MC2XML gets no listings, please help with .chl file

Okay.... so, if I don't want my xml file to be 200mb, then I use a *.chl file to limit which channels it will download information for. Then, I still have to go through and tell GBPVR (for each source) which channels to include in it's guide listings. Correct?

Read my posts in this thread for some background on using .chl files for multiple sources.

I suggest that you use one .xml,.chl,.dat, and possibly .ren file for each source that gets a different set of channels. If you do that, your .xml file will be correct for each source and you won't have to tell GBPVR anything other than what xml file to use for each source.

i have a problem with their listings. Most of the channels does not match what is it on my screen. I tried all of the shaw options (which i have) and none of them match. I only have up to channel 60 or so but the list goes up to 800 to 1000+. Any ideas? this is from Canada Vancouver. Thanks!
