I'm trying to upload a short dvr-ms file now. I'll pm you with the link.

Thanks!

If you dont have it, then the default is 'true', meaning you may need to tweak your <MVPFFmpegTranscodeTS> setting to make sure you end up with standard definition MPEG2 file with MPEG1-Layer2 audio.

And if false, what would handle the transcode?

If its false, then it doesnt attempt to transcode it, and the TS file is sent as-is.

Hang on to the sample you've sent me. We'll use it as a common test sample

Ok, no problem. Did you get it ok?

I did get it, and was able to transcode where lips are in sync

BTW (anyone else) if you send me a clip, could you have one with talking (right from the start)

I'm going to make another tweak, because for some reason I'm unable to catch Frames Per Second, but I suspect you'll be able to view your DVR-MS files on the fly transcoded.

Stay tuned...

DVR-MS is working just fine...

On an underpowered machine I get 35fps transcoding DVR-MS to MPG at 352x240. That's borderline, though a faster machine would be able to do better than that.

I have been having faster and better success with TS files, so it's definitely my suggested preferred choice over DVR-MS

Again, I have not tried the AT mux that would allow for saving directly into MPG format. I wioll be trying that shortly...

I now need a similar TS file to work with (With people talking to compare lipsync, please)
