Multiplexer

The Mux checker doesn't recognize any MPG2 multiplexer, and live TV is choppy - especially the audio.

Is there an easy fix for this?

The mux only affects digital recording, not live preview TV, and not analog recording, so its probably not caused by this.

The most common cause for choppiness is either the decoders or video renderer, so experiment with those.

Thanks. Installing Intervideo WinDVD Creator 3 solved the problem. I guess certain filters or decoders weren't installed.

GB-PVR doesnt install any decoders. If I was to install decoders I'd have to pay to license them per user, or any the very least the MPEGLA for using their patented technologies per user. Given GB-PVR is free, I'm obviously not in a position to pay a couple of bucks per user.
