PCH won't change screen size

I have code that attempts to centre a 1280x720 screen in a 1920x1080 screen for 1080i users without 720p who don't want slow screen and it was misfiring.

Say that again 10 times real fast...hehe
Now there's a niche audience....

still getting same results...if i use 1200 with offset 40 [correct?] i get shifty menus...w/80 it works ok but whole screen too far right..
restarted rec service...tho just restarting mvp server seems to show any changes made in config..

ahhh, now it works as expected...i also found a error in my auto scripts, was starting telnet before linking the libs, so changed to use your same order...
funny, changes seemed to only work after i pulled the power on unit...whatever...lol
now i can use half offsets on both planes...thanks a bunch...
i'm still tryin to wrap my head around where the aspect ratio is coming from, cuz it's only known to the hardware, yet everything looks perfect...
i assume you read it from hardware cuz i'm using auto-res and adjusting appropriately..

i'm using it with a wireless g game adapt. [14$!] and it's skipfree so on HD far..bluray does give it a fit tho..lol

coolest thing is, if this were a hauppauge or ati or other regular app, this would have taken months to straighten out..
but then, you da Man!
a little fine tuning and some Community Skin, and this tv never looked so good...
looking forward to the next release...
