Glad you got it working.

I should have realized that the working directory for cmd.exe as called from gb-pvr wouldn't be c:\blast as I suggested, so copying haupblast.exe and/or sleep.exe there wouldn't do anything useful (I guess the working dir is either c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr, or more probably c:\windows\system32). The solution would be to call all executables by their full path, or add their locations to PATH= as you have done. Having sleep.exe in your PATH= can only be a good thing anyhow, in case you want to use it for something else later.

If your using the channelchange.exe to change the channel, there is an easier way. In the parameter field just enter:
-host localhost -channel s~~{channel}
Where s=enter key. That sends a "enter" and then pauses, and then the channel. Worked for me when I had dish.
