Verizon's Motorola QIP2500-3

I'm almost done with the Comcast to Verizon switchover but I'm having a heck of a time getting channel changes to work correctly.

I'm using the USB-UIRT as the channel changer and the Motorola QIP2500-3 STB. I've learned the codes a half dozen times and it's close but not working well at all if it has to send a 4 digit code. It does fine up to three but stumbles on 4.

Does anyone have a good working dat file that they wouldn't mind sharing??
