Unfortunately I dont know. I cant see anything obvious in the logs.

From what I've heard though, you can get pretty unpredictable results clicking on encrypted QAM channels, so you do need to be relatively careful doing QAM mapping. Unfortunately I dont have any QAM signals here, so I cant test and improve this easily.

Hopefully this one is obvious. Regular bluescreen early in the Mapping process. I'm missing QAM channels that I can get on the TV from the same cable signal, too.

The logs don't actually log an error as far as I can tell, it just stops, mid-scan. I can try to find something in the Event Viewer, but don't really know what I'm looking for there.

Logs attached.

OS Vista SP1 x64
Video ATI All-in-Wonder (using 650 Pro QAM and TV Wonder Elite card types)
CPU Pentium E5200 dual core

Having your PC blue screen is either a driver bug (capture device, videocard drivers, etc...), or some hardware instability (flaky memory). Sometimes that blue screen message will identify the faulting module, which will help you narrow it down. For example, if it identified nv4_disp.dll, google shows that as part of the nvidia drivers. There wont be anything in the GB-PVR logs that would help find the cause.

Ok, thanks. I was just happy at the start to have QAM stations to choose from, plus a few like Fox Biz channel and Espn U not even available in my basic package showed up. I'll keep plugging away...
