GBPVR 1.4.7 no audio in livetv for Hauppauge t500 dual tuners, help pls?

Hi, can anyone help me pls? I can't seem to get audio with gbpvr 1.4.7 for hauppauge t500 dual dvb-t tuners, after scan I added the channels (without the audio channels) and when recorded there's no sound on the recorded programs? I've searched this forum and found a related post to this problem but to no avail. Therefore, is there a solution pls? thx
