it was I was trying to say but Snooze said it better. There is no reason why GBPVR wouldn't work with your card and set up as you have given here.

Please don't play with the config defaults until you've got your basic set up. I re-iterate that! Basic install GBPVR, set up defaults, it WILL work, just don't tweak until you've got the basic working! YOU will love it 99.9%

Yeah, I believe it was the naming. I reconfiged it again and it works and I can change channels so I think that was the problem
