Common GBPVR Utilities library

I have taken some of the core functions of the Video Archiver plug-in and some of the common functions implemented by sub in his example plug-ins and packaged them into a library of common GBPVR utilities designed to hide some of the complexity of building plug-ins. I have also written a very small example plug-in that shows how to use the utilities to create a simple video file lister/player plug-in. I have not yet posted the library and sample, but a sneak-peak help-file is posted at
the wiki site
