unlisted tuner card help

I have just started playing with gbpvr, and have v 1.4.7, I bought a
pinnacle emptyv 51014521 - 2.2a tuner (not listed), because it was the only one at the swap meet and cheap.
I'm hoping some kind person\s can help with ini file, Ive had a go at modifying an existing one but dont know what the lines starting with PIN in the ini that I modified refer to so this is the filter log for my card

If some one already has one great., or assistance with creating it would be great. this by the way is my first post

Sorry but that device isnt compatible with GB-PVR. It lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder.

You can try using the Software Recorder plugin, search the forum here and you should find lots of info on how to set it up. If your cpu has enough power it should work.
