Configuration in Win7

I need to install a big codecs pack I have that I remember installing into XP. It had AC3Filter, Mpeg2, and many many more. Interestingly, now config sticks and I get image, but only in the scanning window. When magnifying the image, it's breathtakingly clear and colors equally great. But I get NOTHING when firing up GBPVR. I'll try the MS decoder. Come and think of it, I tried it before, but don't remember the results. Will do it again.
