USB-UIRT/IRSS -zone does all three no matter what

I just switched my setup to Win7 from XP. Under XP IRSS controlled the USB-UIRT perfectly. Under Win7 I can't seem to get the -zone parameter to work.

I'm using these options

-host localhost -port Port_1 -channel {channel}

All three emitters fire no matter what I put for the port as if I'd used zero (all ports). Any ideas what's going on?

Edit: Translator works for individual ports but calling from the command prompt does all three ports.

Are you using Npvr or GBpvr? The approach to using USB-UIRT to change channels on STB's is different although the files necessary to control the USB-UIRT are the same.
