2250/New to QAM "Unable to find capture device"

For an HTPC I'm pretty sure I'd rather have the 780G graphics core (Radeon HD3200) than a 7300GT. Either ought to do ok though.

I don't know how to see any of the maps, they don't show up. It does show me current conditions though.
