Hauppauge tweak tool

I have a PVR150 non MCE.

The sharpness and the audio volume settings seem to not work for me. Also, the ECP Video bitrate setting under 150/500 Advanced >> Capture/Encoder Settings won't stick. Even after several reboots it is just stuck on 5000 kbits/sec.
