error occured in the onscreenkeyboard part, do you have a folder in the blue skin called "OnScreenKeyboard"?

ok try changing the virtual root to a simple directory with nothing in it (someone was once having a similar problem because of a certain file/folder).

Tried changing it to c:\temp and it all works fine

Changed it back to x:\Movies and it fails

x:\ is a network share, is that the issue? (but mypictures works fine with x:\pictures)

Anyway of tracking down the file/dir it doesnt like?

it should work fine on network share, most of my are using \\computer\folder\ none are using a virtual drive (or whatever they are called) but it should work, its probably just one file in that dir. try some bug testing and track down that file, and ill add a safety check in the next version so it doesnt crash.

I have a lot of folders under x:\movies, each folder having a couple of avis and a jpg so that would take me forever to test, unless I can look for something obvious via a search.

ok now that the forum is working again. just create another directory, add that directory to the virtual root, and remove the old one, then move half the files to that direcotry, and see if it works, if it does those files are fine, copy half of the remaining files, if those files are fine, copy another half... until you get an error then just keep narrowing it down until you come across the file

just move files from say
d:\my movies\
to
D:\my movies 2\
