Tunes but wont play

Hi,
I've had a strange problem with my sat tuner stick.... it won't play anything.
I deleted all the channels and rescanned.... picked them all up quickly.
It just won't play!!!! in NPVR I get the message saying unable to find available caputure device. It's there and working, as it scans for channels no problem...

I've attached logs in the hope that someone can see what the problem is!?!

Did you restart the recording service after the scan?

I honestly can't remember... It's working now, but I stopped services, reinstalled... so I don't know exactly what it was that caused the issue... seems OK at the moment though... it's also a USB satellite tuner and I think it sometimes doesn't like waking up!?!?
