I start NextPVR and all I get is an empty command prompt window. It used to work fine. Any ideas would be helpful.

There are two files in the attached zip. Are there other files in C:\User\Public\NPVR\Logs ? Can you zip and attach all of them.

What do you see if you right-click on the Start Menu icon for NextPVR and select More and then Open File Location?

Here's the new zip (don't know why it didn't include all in the first one)

If I select 'file location' it takes me to the 'program files [x86]' npvr director and highlights the .exe file

Does Users\Public\NPVR contain the two files ... config.xml and npvr.db3 and are they both greater than zero bytes?

If you right click on the window and select Settings, then click 'General', do you have "UI Mode" set to "PVR". It should be.

It is the default. I'm not sure how you got it to TV Viewer mode without explicitly trying to set it that way. You must have accidentally bumped that control.

When it is set to 'TV Viewer' mode, it also has the text "TV Viewer Mode - right click for controls" to give the user a clue why their screen looks the way it does.
