Unless the drivers are purposely blocked, something that Nvidia and Intel sometimes do, I think you shouldn't have any problem.
I'm testing W11 purposely on old machines, and for now even drivers from the early vista era (2007) and everything works as expected, including, NPVR4/5, Dvblink, WMC, Kodi and so on. The only problem I have with win 11, well... it's win11, with its GUI regressed almost at the Macos level
