Problems With Avertv 203

I just installed the driver and I have two questions:

1. When I`m installing the driver I get an error:

Update driver for plug and play deviced failed.

2. when I`m opening de Tv screen I gt this error:

In FindAMCrossbar(): Could not find the IAMCrossbar interface!

HOpe somebody can help me.

Sorry, but this device is not supported by GB-PVR.
