The system default is likely to be the InterVideo NonCSS aswell.

Video Decoders are installed with lots of apps. Most people get them with DVD apps, e.g. PowerDVD etc. Software like this is typically included on CD when you buy a DVD drive.

There is probably ones you can download to, but sorry I dont really have any recommendations.

Ok i found a cd of Power DVD CyberLink when using it as the encoder its not much better. But i was playing my recorded shows just now with Nero and i have NO lines yippeee.. But GBPVR does not have Nero listed in Config, is there a way to register it or set it as default for Mpeg so that i could use default in GBPVR.

This program will allow you to set whichever codecs are installed on your system as the system default.

You might want to give the Dscaler codec a try as well. I've had pretty good luck with it, although every now and again it gets a little glitchy when skipping forward or backwards (but its free).
