My HDTV has a low vertical resolution (1080x480).  GB-PVR scrolls vertically to accommodate additional plug-ins.  Is there a way to move the plug-in buttons horizontally (see image below)?

Thanks!

I can add a skin option something like this if others would also like feature.

It has the potential to be a bit ugly if you've got lots of buttons on you menu (lots of plugin and custom tasks). It also wouldn't leave room for the task images that people are starting to use in some of the new skins.

How many rows of buttons would you allow? two or three?

I am keen for this too. I have every plugin thats possible and the scrolling speed with a remote is too slow. Having 2 columns would alleviate this somewhat.

myHTPC had this capability with the buttons just creating columns aligned in the centre as required. Skins that use images when a button is highlighten could put them above/below or semitransparent somewhere?

Could it be done so you can make submenus? so in the first row you could have "TV;Audio;Video;Plugins" then when you select 'TV' another row appears with "Live TV;TV Guide;Search Guide;Recordings" and so on? I guess it would be more versatile if it could be done in the skin so people could make their own menus.

That could also make it possible to make a horizontal menu across the bottom of the screen with something like 4 buttons in each line. Maybe that would be handy for some skins with plugin information on the main screen.
