I believe it was the P2P Networking exe. whatever that is. It used to read around 40 and is now zero. My performance is now fluctuating between 0 and 2% for the whole system. Everything seems to be working very well.

I googled it and it appears to be a Spyware/Adware utility. It's not hitting your CPU anymore because your router is now blocking it. Download a copy of Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com) and clean up your machine.

I see in your Router configuration you have turned on RIP Direction and RIP Version why? As it is mostly for packet redirection unless you seeing something I am not in GBPVR and MVP through the network performance?
My newer Router has that feaure disabled.. How come you have yours enabled?

That screen shot was "RIP"ped straight out of the user manual, so it's not my actual setup. Some routers seem to have it enabled by default, other disabled by default. From what I understand, it doesn't really matter one way or the other because most ISPs just ignore it anyway. As for performance, RIP is how a router exchanges it's routing table with other routers, and would have no effect on your internal network. As far as GBPVR <-> MVP traffic is concerned, your router doesn't even exist. All GBPVR<->MVP traffic is passing only through the "switch" portion of the device, not across the router.
