Hi all,

I have been playing around with GBPVR over the past weekend and really think this is the best free PVR app to date. I do have two questions:

1. I currently use gbpvr on my radeon tv-out when using software decoding or with the pvr350 tv-out (haven't settled for either option) when using the hardware decoder. Is there a way to still be able to use the PVR350 remote when GBPVR is no longer the active app. (e.g. when I am programming and my GF is watching TV, can she still use the remote - currently I can't seem to get it to work).

2. I see there is a mvp client, but that doesn't support 5.1 audio unless you hardware hack the MVP. Is there also a PC client in the works, so I can use a second pc as a client and do get 5.1? (I asked this question before, but got no response)

Thanks! Keep up the good work.

Don't bother for the first question. I found the answer in this post "Hauppauge pvr350 tv-out and hibernate, ..any programmer that can do this?". You can enable direct access to the pvr-350 remote!

Now for the second question...

Currently no. I have no idea if Sub has plans for this. Maybe someone else has enough interest in this to have a go?

Of couse you can setup network drives and watch recordings in a client-ish manner.
