Weather plug questions and/or request

It seems the weather plugin is capable of waking the computer from standby or hibernation. is there a way to disable this?

First of all, thank you for a great plugin.
Minor quirk, the 'Current' for Baltimore MD comes up as 'Not Available' and the weather graphic comes up as '? Unknown'
Ideas?
