Video/Audio out of sync

There was a problem with vertical doubling/ghosting of PAL composite/tuner sources in drivers prior to 23074 (not that I suggest using 23074 itself since it produces corrupt MPEG occasionally).

I used 23168 for about 4 months without changing it. Never had any problems.
