Config.exe throwing .net error

the recording service seems to be OK, but I can't open config. I'm checking logs also. I did reboot...

The last thing I added was the reminder panel.
I disabled plugins by editing the config.xml and set enableplugins to false, then was able to open config. as long as plugins were off, all was well. I renamed the reminder plugin, and it seems OK now.

I get the same error, I tracked it down to the reminders panel. For me anyway, if i edit the reminders.xml file manually all is well. trying to add or edit dates using the config gives me this error each time. For now i've just stuck to adding dates manually.

This is probably some .NET fixes or updates missing, I had the same error last night, just after reinstalling XP, i did format/install/update it again and all is working now

Looks like the plugin settings in the config.xml for the ReminderPanel are either incorrect or missing.
