Well, I kinda blew away what I had been working on as I had imaged the disk short of the gb-pvr install; but I did find that the "DeviceTypeCheck" utility for Happauge capture cards generates log files. See if it means anything to you:

Just forget about DeviceTypeCheck. You dont need it.

Just setup two capture sources - one as a PVR150 as device#1, the other as a PVR350 device #2. Start GB-PVR and schedule two recordings that start immediately, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

You setup is pretty standard, so its likely to be something simple stopping it from working. You mentioned having BeyondTV. This wasnt still using the devices?
