List of channels in GBPVR Configuration gone, but everything working fine?

Good evening all,
This may be a silly question and I apologise in advance if it is, but I did look in the forum first with no success.
I have a PVR 150, connected on a STB (NTL digital). Everything works great (channel changer too). I have this setup for over a year now, lovin' it. Sometime, NTL moves channels numbers around (especially when they add a new one) and I used to go to the GBPVR Configuration tool and simply "remap" or should I say rename the channel number.
It's been a while now, and it looks like I do have some more changes to do, but this time (and I have the latest GB PVR version downloaded the 12/09/06), if I go to "Capture source" and "edit", the channel list is empty (see screenshot). Before, I had the full list here. I tried "update EPG", but didn't work.

Any idea why? I am using the XMLTV GUI 3.05.01 to generate my XML file.

Can you zip and attach your logs? There is probably some error occuring which is stopping it from loading the channels.

I have attached the logs.
I do not use any plugins and I have the default blue skin.
My GBPVR version is v0.98.8b.

Looks like you installed v0.98.8, then copied a database from an older version into the GB-PVR directory. You cant do this - these files are not compatible between releases. As a result, you've ended up with an old version of the database which is missing the new database changes that were made in v0.98.

I remember doing that all right, for some reason I ended up with a blank config after installing the latest version, so I restored the 2 files you advice to backup before updating GBPVR.
I'm going to repair GBPVR. Would that be enough or should I start a new config from scratch?

The easiest fix is uninstalling, deleting the gb-pvr directory, reinstalling, then setup up your capture source from scratch. (ie, clean install)

The Repair option of your installer solved the problem.
