A few people have reported the MSI error that the file is not valid, please check blah blah blah. No one has suggested a fix for this other than reinstall windows.
I have totally rebuilt Windows XP professional. Brand new install on new partition, installed .Net 1.1, .Net1.1 SP1 and .Net2, plus directx9c and Windows installer3.1 and I STILL get this bloody error. GBPVR looks really good but I can't install it at all.
I have another PC and it installs fine on that. Could this be a hardware related issue?
Any help in resolving this would be greatly appricated
Cheers
Mike
