does this program allow you to export the video into various formats like mp4 or avi etc... so if i want to bring a show i recorded, and put it into a video editing program like adobe premire for editing, i could, does it allow you to capture video from other things such as old vhs tapes, etc....Smile thanks for any info about this, i am thinking of buying the hauappeg 150mce capture card and putting it in my amd 3200+, 1 gig of ram, radeon 9600 pro system with an 80 gig hard drive, it has an n-force 2 chipset, is this good enough? are there any problems that anyone know of with this setup?

Yes, it provides options to transcode videos into other formats.

Yes, though its often just easier to do this with software like the Hauppauge WinTV software.

pc specs are more than adequate, although youll probably start to want more hard drive space in the future if you start to archive your recordings...
