We are having a problem that I am not sure how to isolate.
Whenever we go to use the MediaMVP, we have to restart the computer, then power down the MVP.
While watching a recorded show, we may lose connection, and get the icon in the upper right hand showing a broken connection. This used to only occur when the computer when into hibernation, it now appears more random. To recover from this error, we need to restart the computer and power down the MVP.
I have tried:
1. Only restarting GB-PVR services only and repowering the MVP
2. Restarting the router and repowering the MVP. (sometimes works)
3. A combination of 1 and 2.

I suspect that there may be some issue with my router (EH100) but I do not know how to tell. I am hoping that someone can decipher these logs and help me to find a solution.

Thanks

Attached are all of my logs.

what version of your MVP do you have? When you say power down do you mean unplugging it or just hitting the power button? (best to unplug to reload dongle if having issues) Also what version dongle are you using?

The MVP is a Rev D3A, is that the version?
I am not sure how to determine a version on the dongle either. The filename is dongle.bin, it is dated 8/11/06. I assume that it is the dongle that came with the 0.98.8b release.
To power down the MVP, we unplug it. Often the power switch via the remote does not work.
