what's difference between community skin and basic skin?

what's the difference between these two skins if they both pretty much look the same? am i missing something?

The community skin is a framework to allow the gbpvr community to pool all their skins together and change between them from within gbpvr.

The community skin was designed to allow the user to pick and choose from the range of images available - many of these were sourced from current skins.

It's aim is to ensure that it works with the latest versions of GB-PVR and a wide variety of plug-ins, but still being able to change itself by using a range of images and layouts.

I use Basic skin because it has a Theme Changer. Similar things are being done for Community skin. One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people develop a plugin for Blue skin but not for Basic, and the Basic skin somehow translates the Blue skin to a Basic one, but the locations of items isn't always exact, then I waste a lot of time being a perfectionist and modifying Basic skins.

The only requirement set for by sub for plugins is that they must be skinned for "Blue". Any additional skins are just a bonus if plugin a developer includes them.
