Remote Problems with GBPVR and Hauppauge IR remote

I'm very new to all this so please bear with me. I recently got my Hauppauge 150 card installed on a Windows XP Pro computer. I didnt care for the software so I found GBPVR and have installed it. Took me awhile to get it configured but it now seems fine except for one problem. The IR remote that came with the capture cards works fine except for when I change channels. Everytime I change a channel I get a small popup that says - IR Startup, Found IR Controller(e2), then it just has and OK button. The remote will not do anything until I click ok. If I go back to the menu it all works fine again but if I change the channel up or down I get the popup again. I guessing its in the configuration somewhere but cant figure it out.

Did you apply the "Fix Hauppauge Remote Settings" in the GB-PVR Config app under the "DVD & Remote" tab?

I suspect there is something more to it than that. The "IR Startup, Found IR Controller(e2)" message sounds to me like the Hauppauge IR Software is not properly installed.

I had the Channel changer on the wrong .exe file under the Capture Source. Everything appears to be working now.
