hd xvid playback issue

im trying to play back some hd xvid material and gbpvr will occationall skip a number of the frames and pick up on the next keyframe, the same vid im trying to play plays fine media player, both media player and gbpvr are using the same codecs for playback (except media player has a couple extra wmp directshow filters that show up)

any ideas? seems to be fine on lower res xvid files....

windows media player is probably using Overlay, so you might want to switch your renderer to that to see if it makes any difference.
