Menu reduction

I have a bunch of menus now due to the insane amount of plugins I have installed. I would like to know how to de-clutter the main menu and put submenus in. I've heard mention of it, but I can't figure out HOW to do it. I know there's a custom task list in the plugin tab of the configurator but I can't figure out how to make that work into submenus with all the plugins.

Doesn't tell you how to do it, but down the bottom left there is an "Add" button. Hit that, and a new entry will appear, you can rename it, and then drag entries into that new menu.
