What is the "Jeff" Directory?

I found a directory in GBPVR called Jeff and was curious about it. It seems to have info from the very first time I ran GBPVR. The first show I recorded was a 60 minutes episode and something in there went out and looked up the icon for the show and actually put it in the "recordings" menu. It only seemed to work once though.

It ran something called UpdateTVShowDescription to go out to the internet and get it. What is this, and can I have it's functionality back somewhow?

Will be from videoArchive if you have that plugin, Jeff is the developer.....or some other plugin that uses CommonGBPVRutiltities.dll

How can I get the show icon to show up in recordings? This did it, but I don't know how else. TV Listings is doing it, but I'm not sure how I can share the media/art folder with recordings (as I'm sure it's in there somewhere)
