playback of all video files in a directory

Wanting to playback a long list of videos (.avi files) in a single directory in sequence. Basically, just tired of trying to get my DVD image (VOB) files to work and would rather just rename the to .avi and get them to play in sequence. thanks!

use the 'play all' button in video library...
[also might wanna try a different dvd navigator, seems most dvd problems are with this.]
i use the built in one, then use cyberlink pdvd7 nav if something doesnt look right..
so far haven't found any i couldn't play...but i don't play dvd's that much..

also, i found a neat trick, make a shortcut to the dvd rip VIDEO_TS dir and you can play the .vob's directly..
[gets you past the ".dvd " dir]
then at least no change to avi needed...

I don't have 'play all' as an option on my current skin.... I'll try changing skins to get this function.

Also will look into a different dvd navigator and the Cyberlink nav.

Unfortunately I am fairly sure the "Play All" function in the Video Library is broken in the current version.
